1. All purchases made at Body Training Studio are final. Body Training Studio does not offer refunds for services or products in case<\/span><\/p>\n

of change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Fees may increase from time to time to reflect increased costs and benefits. Fee increases apply to new contracts and<\/span><\/p>\n

subscriptions only.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. If the purchase of packages requires payment in instalments, the applicant agrees that such payments may be made by credit<\/span><\/p>\n

or debit card on the dates specified in the service contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. All memberships (unlimited passes, appointments, class passes and contracts) are personal and non-transferable.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Individual memberships (unlimited passes, appointments, class passes and contracts) cannot be shared. Anyone caught sharing<\/span><\/p>\n

a membership will be refused entry and will lose their membership permanently.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. It is the member\u2019s responsibility to pay for any unpaid attendance at a Body Training Studio class, workshop or other event. The<\/span><\/p>\n

Body Training Studio reserves the right to suspend the member\u2019s membership until unpaid entries are settled.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. It is the member\u2019s responsibility to pay any negative balance on their account at Body Training Studio. Body Training Studio<\/span><\/p>\n

reserves the right to suspend the member\u2019s membership until the negative balance on their Body Training Studio account is<\/span><\/p>\n

cleared.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Gift cards can be exchanged for classes, memberships or products. They are not redeemable for cash.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. To register or purchase on the Body Training Studio online booking system and to attend regular classes, you must be over the<\/span><\/p>\n

age of eighteen.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. You must ensure that the information you provide at registration or at any time is correct and complete.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Unlimited memberships, appointments and class passes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Unlimited Passes & Appointments are unlimited memberships which are purchased in one payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Rendezvous\u201d \u201cClass Passes\u201d consist of 10-class or 40-class passes and pass-outs.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Any unlimited pass (except for pre-sales, which only give access to one new studio) gives you access to unlimited classes &<\/span><\/p>\n

Rendezvous in all our studios, but excludes workshops or other special events.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. 10 Class Passes, 40 Class Passes and Drop-in Passes give access to classes and appointments in all our studios, but exclude<\/span><\/p>\n

workshops and other special events.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. The activation date of your pass is the date of the first class booked and not cancelled, even if you are not present.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. The 10 Class & Rendezvous pass expires within 12 months of the pass being activated. No refunds are available in the event of<\/span><\/p>\n

illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2 Contracts<\/span><\/p>\n

Contracts are concluded for a period of 6 or 12 months from the date of subscription, paid by direct debit. The subscription will<\/span><\/p>\n

be tacitly renewed without prior receipt of a minimum of 30 days notice by post or email: ( suspensions@bodytrainingstudio.be<\/span><\/p>\n

) only.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. the activation date of the contract is the date of purchase of the contract (unless you expressly request another date before the<\/span><\/p>\n

purchase is processed)<\/span><\/p>\n

3. All contracts give you access to classes and appointments under the terms of the contract in all our studios, but exclude<\/span><\/p>\n

workshops or other special events.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to cover payment. If a payment is rejected due to<\/span><\/p>\n

insufficient funds, the transaction will fail. In the event of a rejected or declined payment, our policy is to reprocess the payment<\/span><\/p>\n

in the following steps: a. the original card will be reprocessed. 2 b. if the transaction fails, any other card registered under the<\/span><\/p>\n

member\u2019s account will be processed.<\/span><\/p>\n

If applicable, an administration fee will be charged to the amount due.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Members will be suspended from the booking in the event of a failed payment. Body Training Studio is not responsible for any<\/span><\/p>\n

additional bank charges you may incur with your bank. Bank charges are governed by the terms and conditions of the contractual<\/span><\/p>\n

agreements between you and your bank.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. In the event of early termination of a contract, the member must inform Body Training Studio with a minimum of 30 days notice<\/span><\/p>\n

by post or email (suspensions@bodytrainingstudio.be ) only and will be liable for an early termination fee equivalent to three<\/span><\/p>\n

times the amount of the said contract. In addition, the member shall pay a flat fee of \u20ac75 for administrative costs.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Payment for all courses and appointments must be received prior to the scheduled course date to secure your place.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Courses and appointments must be booked in advance. Courses and appointments can be booked online.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notification is sent to you by email once you are confirmed. \u201cAdd to Calendar\u201d will not allow you to book as the listings are full<\/span><\/p>\n

1. If you are unable to attend your scheduled course and appointment, please cancel your place to make it available to others.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Cancellations must be made via the online booking system or mobile app no later than 4 hours before a course & appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone or email.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Body Training Studio\u2019s account status will show a late cancellation if you fail to show up or cancel too late.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Every effort is made to provide classes and services in a timely manner. However, the schedule may be changed or cancelled<\/span><\/p>\n

without notice. Body Training Studio will not refund, transfer or compensate in any way for classes that are late, changed or<\/span><\/p>\n

cancelled for any reason.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. The studio opens 30 minutes before class and closes 30 minutes after class. 3. No late entries are allowed and leaving classes<\/span><\/p>\n

early is strongly discouraged.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. The Body Training Studio is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal property.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. The Body Training Studio reserves the right to refuse registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. All members release Body Training Studio, its owners, directors, managers, instructors and all employees from any liability for<\/span><\/p>\n

any injury that may occur during a class. Suspension required due to injury is covered by the suspension policy.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All members have the right to suspend their membership under the following conditions.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Suspension may be requested once per contract year.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Suspension may be requested for any reason. Cancellations\/suspensions on medical grounds are covered by this policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Suspension is for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 6 weeks. Medical suspensions can be requested for a maximum of<\/span><\/p>\n

3 months with a doctor\u2019s note.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. The request for suspension must state a start and end date.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. We may apply an administrative fee per suspension.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 Requests for suspension must be made to suspensions@bodytrainingstudio.be with 7 days notice before the start of the<\/span><\/p>\n

suspension. For medical suspensions, the suspension request must be submitted no later than 14 days after the start date of the<\/span><\/p>\n
