EMS coach,
a real profession
It isn't watching over a gym floor. An EMS coach sets the intensity muscle by muscle, corrects posture on every rep, adapts the session to the body of the day and tracks each member's progress over time. They are alone with one or two people: no one hides in the group.
One or two people at a time
No group class. You follow every movement, you know each member by their first name.

Twenty-minute slots, a local studio, no gym floor to watch over for eight hours.

Body analysis gives you hard numbers. You see concretely what your work produces.
The BTS Academy
Our in-house training centre. The training is complete: fitness, sales, and studio management. Since 2019, EMS has been governed in Europe by accreditation requirements: a coach must be certified to run a session. The Academy prepares this certification and trains in the network's protocols.
- The fitness side. Training protocols, settings, progression, safety and contraindications.
- The sales side. Welcome, presenting the method, following a member over time.
- The management side. Scheduling, booking app, studio indicators.
- The mandatory EMS certification, prepared and taken before your first session on your own.
- Client support : running an assessment, reading a body analysis, tracking over time.
- Ongoing training afterwards, because the protocols evolve.
What we're looking for
- A qualification or experience in sport, physiotherapy or physical preparation. The EMS certification is added on top; it doesn't replace the fundamentals.
- A taste for one-to-one contact. You spend your days one-on-one, not in front of a group.
- Rigour. EMS has real contraindications: a poorly completed health questionnaire is not an option.
- French or Dutch, depending on the studio, and English is a plus in Brussels.
