L'Echo article about Body Training Studio

L'Echo 4 July 2024

Making EMS accessible to all

The business daily devotes a full page to the network: its growth in Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain, its expansion plans and the opening of its capital. The article recalls that EMS, long reserved for professional athletes, is spreading to people returning to exercise and in rehabilitation.

Together Magazine article on EMS

Together Magazine December 2023

A complete training method

The magazine explains how electrostimulation works, the absence of load on the joints, its value for lower-back pain, and stresses the need for trained supervision.

EMS among athletes

The method wasn't born in the studios. It comes from rehabilitation and elite physical preparation, where it has been used for years.

  • Well-known names. In its 4 July 2024 article, L'Echo names Roger Federer, Usain Bolt and Karim Benzema among the athletes who use electrostimulation.
  • Professional clubs. The same article mentions European clubs with their own EMS centre.
  • A mature market in Germany. Several million users, against a few tens of thousands in Belgium: that's the gap the network aims to close.

These athletes are not clients of Body Training Studio and do not endorse the network. They are cited here from a press article, for information on how the method has spread.
